Don’t “wing” it on race day, risking so much effort in training for subpar performance. Optimize the nutrition component of endurance events and enjoy the day to the fullest. Having a nutrition strategy around your event is a real game-changer.

It is very common for athletes to train and dedicate multiple hours weekly for months and fail at their goal event simply because they go in without a nutrition strategy in place… Don’t let that be you.

For my big dream – racing at the World Championship of Ironman in Kona, Hawaii – I wanted a special triathlon suit.

One that represents the spirit of the island.

One that fits perfectly and supports me during the race. 

One that has my favorite green color.

One that pays tribute to my sponsors.

One that displays my own brand and the words that I have said to myself again and again on my road there – #konababy!

That is a lot to ask, I guess. Taking into account that most triathlon suits on the market have similar colors and make the athlete undistinguishable for the supporters. Because all other athletes have almost the same thing on…

That is where SIGN Sport stepped in and fulfilled all my wishes of having my own memorable, one-of-a-kind, personalized triathlon suit on Kona.

I was allowed to choose all colors, and typography and play an active part in the whole design. They guided me the whole way and we created a masterpiece together!

During the competition, I and the suit didn’t remain unnoticed and many athletes and supporters (incl. Bob Babbit on race morning 😉) took the time to greet me for the nice triathlon suit I had on! I myself was feeling great in the suit and had no issues with it.

After this amazing success, we decided to collaborate with SIGN Sport and give this amazing opportunity to other athletes too.

Das ist viel verlangt, denke ich. Angemerkt, dass die meisten Triathlonanzüge auf dem Markt wenig Farben haben und den Athleten für die Fans nicht unterscheidbar machen. Denn alle anderen Athleten haben fast das Gleiche an…

Hier kam SIGN Sport ins Spiel und erfüllte alle meine Wünsche, meinen eigenen einzigartigen, personalisierten Triathlonanzug auf Kona zu haben.

Ich durfte alle Farben und die Typografie selbst auswählen und mich aktiv an der gesamten Gestaltung beteiligen. Sie haben mich den ganzen Weg über beraten und wir haben gemeinsam einen Meisterwerk geschaffen!

Während des Wettkampfs blieben ich und der Anzug nicht unbemerkt und viele Athleten und Unterstützer (einschließlich Bob Babbit am Rennmorgen) nahmen sich die Zeit mich für den schönen Triathlonanzug zu begrüßen! Ich selbst fühlte mich in dem Anzug großartig und hatte keine Probleme damit.

Nach diesem großartigen Erfolg haben wir uns entschieden, mit SIGN Sport zusammenzuarbeiten und diese Gelegenheit auch anderen Athleten zu geben.
